摘 要:在现有运营线路上实时检测车轮踏面擦伤或车轮不圆的铁道车辆运行品质轨旁动态监测系统(Truck Performance Detection System,TPDS)的基础上,基于车辆轨道耦合动力学理论建立刚柔耦合模型,计算得出支点垂向力对各车轮的分配系数,利用钢轨支点处压力传感器的实测数据反算得到车轮的轮轨垂向力,实现了无剪力分区条件下轮轨垂向力的连续检测。选取一高速铁路上TPDS压力传感器测量数据,用本文方法计算轮轨垂向力,并与现有TPDS系统计算方法得到的轮轨垂向力进行比较。结果表明:二者得出的轮轨垂向力具有很好的一致性,相关系数在0.8以上。Based on the truck performance detection system(TPDS)for real-time detection of wheel tread scratches or running quality of railway vehicles with wheel out of round on existing operating railways,a rigid flexible coupling model was established based on the theory of vehicle-track coupling dynamics.The distribution coefficient of vertical force at the support point on each wheel was calculated,and the measured data of the pressure sensor at the rail support point was used to calculate the wheel-rail vertical force inversely.Continuous detection of wheel-rail vertical force without shear zone conditions has been achieved.The measurement data of a TPDS pressure sensor on a high speed railway was selected,the wheel-rail vertical force was calculated by using the method presented in this paper,and the results were compared with the wheel-rail vertical force obtained by the existing TPDS system calculation method.The results show that the method proposed in this paper has good consistency with the wheel-rail vertical force obtained by the existing TPDS system,with a correlation coefficient above 0.8.
