摘 要:高速铁路板式无砟道岔区的离缝脱空无法通过人工方法有效检测,须采用无损方法。针对这一问题,采用弹性波法对板式无砟轨道道岔区段进行检测,分析了黏结良好区域和脱空区域的反射波形特征,给出了道岔黏结质量评价方法和评价指标。结果表明:弹性波法能有效检测板式无砟道岔离缝脱空,可通过时域反射系数和卓越频率两个指标综合识别离缝;相对于黏结良好状态,脱空状态下时域反射系数明显增加,反射系数大于0.7时可判定为脱空;存在脱空时,脱空深度位置对应的频率峰值表现出较强的反射特征。将检测结果绘制成等值线图,可直观显示离缝脱空位置;计算离缝面积比,可评价道岔区轨道板底部的黏结状态。The gap void of the slab ballastless turnout area in high speed railway cannot be effectively detected by manual methods,and non-destructive methods must be used.To solve this problem,the elastic wave method was used to detect the turnout section of slab ballastless track,and the reflection waveform characteristics of the well bonding area and the void area were analyzed.The evaluation method and indicators for the turnout bonding quality were provided.The results show that the elastic wave method can effectively detect the gap of the slab ballastless turnout,and can comprehensively identify the gap through such two indicators as time-domain reflection coefficient and predominant frequency.Compared to the well bonding state,the time domain reflection coefficient significantly increases in the void state.When the reflection coefficient is greater than 0.7,it can be determined as void.When there is a void,the frequency peak corresponding to the void depth position exhibits strong reflection characteristics.Drawing the detection results into a contour map can visually display the position of the gap viod.Calculating the gap area ratio can evaluate the bonding state of the bottom of the track slab in the turnout area.
