摘  要:针对隧道开挖时采用全站仪等传统检测设备测量断面少、检测效率低的问题,基于三维激光扫描技术,针对隧道点云数据的特点,设计了隧道三维扫描检测系统,开发了高效快速的隧道超欠挖检测算法。经现场测试,该系统可以自动识别隧道超欠挖的数量、位置、体积等信息,且适用于复杂隧道环境,维护方便,有助于保障铁路隧道施工质量。Aiming at the problem that traditional detection equipment such as total station is used to measure less cross sections and low detection efficiency during tunnel excavation,based on 3D laser scanning technology and the characteristics of tunnel point cloud data,a tunnel 3D scanning detection system had been designed,and an efficient and fast tunnel over and under excavation detection algorithm had been developed.After field testing,the system could automatically identify the quantity,location,volume,and other information of tunnel over excavation and under excavation.It is suitable for complex tunnel environments,easy to maintain,and helps to ensure the quality of railway tunnel construction.
