摘 要:随着我国铁路建设特别是高速铁路建设的快速发展,1 300余座现代化铁路客站相继建成并投入使用,呈现出造型新颖、结构庞大、受力状态复杂、人员聚集、运营维护要求高等特点。随着服役年限的增加,高速铁路客站逐渐出现了材料老化、构件损伤、性能劣化等现象。近年来,多个铁路局集团公司陆续组织开展了以排查客站钢结构风险为主要目标的第三方检测工作。本文基于高速铁路客站建筑钢结构检测的工作实践,从检测项目开展情况、检测流程、参考标准等方面总结检测工作现状,分析当前存在的关键问题及未来发展趋势。最后以站房屋盖、雨棚为例,介绍了检测工作中的重难点。With the rapid development of railway construction especially high speed railway construction,more than 1300 modern railway stations have been built and put into use.These stations have the characteristics of innovative shape,large structure,complex stress state,personnel gathering,high operation and maintenance requirements.With the increase of the service years,high speed railway stations face the problems such as material aging,component damage,and performance degradation.In recent years,some railway administrations have organized and carried out the third-party inspection works to investigate the risk of the steel structure in these stations.Based on the practice of the steel structure inspection of high speed railway stations,this paper summarized the current situation of inspection works from the aspects of inspection project development,inspection process and reference standards,and analyzed the current key problems and future development trends.Finally,taking the station roof and canopy as examples,the key and difficult inspection items were introduced.
