摘　　要：目的研究北京某三甲医院产科多学科诊疗门诊运行情况。方法选取2022年7-9月125例产科疑难多学科会诊病例进行分析,通过问卷调查收集会诊医师对参与会诊的评价,包括会诊必要性、病例复杂度和科研价值3个维度。分析发起会诊科室医师对会诊的评分分布,并与受邀科室对会诊的评分进行比较。结果发起会诊科室的医师认为91.2%的会诊病例有必要进行会诊。风湿免疫科和心血管内科对会诊意义的评分显著低于产科评分(p≤0.05)。结论多学科会诊模式对危重孕产妇的救治存在一定积极意义,医院应设置合理的评价标准和运行流程以提高会诊质量。Objective To study the operation of obstetric Multi-disciplinary Treatment(MDT)clinic in a tertiary hospital in Beijing.Methods 125 cases of obstetrical difficult MDT from July to September,2022 were selected for analysis.The consultants'evaluation of participating in consultation was collected through questionnaire survey,including the necessity of consultation,case complexity and scientific research value.The distribution of doctors'scores on consultation in the initiating department were analyzed and compared with those of invited departments.Results 91.2%of the consultation cases were considered necessary by the doctors who initiated the consultation department.The necessity scores of MDT for rheumatology immunology and cardiovascular medicine were significantly lower than those of obstetrics(p≤0.05).Conclusion MDT has certain positive significance for the treatment of critically ill pregnant women,and hospitals should set reasonable evaluation standards and operational processes to improve the quality of consultation.
