新冠疫情期间病房陪护人员智慧管理系统应用实践与效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨新冠疫情期间病房陪护人员智慧管理系统“E陪护”的临床应用效果。方法本院病区自新冠疫情爆发至2021年2月,采用纸质陪护证进行陪护管理。2021年3月至2022年10月,我院住院病房应用陪护人员智慧管理系统“E陪护”进行病区陪护人员防疫管理。结果系统应用后,E陪护码申请审核时间、进出查验所需时间均较前明显缩短,陪护人员对陪护管理的满意度得分、病区“一患一陪”落实率和进出病区时出示陪护码落实率均较前明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论陪护人员智慧管理系统“E陪护”的应用明显缩短了陪护申请审核、进出查验所需时间,有利于病区陪护管理政策的落实,提高了陪护人员的满意度。Objective To explore the clinical application effect of the intelligent management system"e-escort"in wards during the COVID-19 epidemic.Methods From the outbreak of COVID-19 epidemic to February 2021,the paper escort certificate was used for escort management in our hospital.From March 2021 to October 2022,the intelligent management system"e-escort"was applied in the inpatient ward of our hospital to manage the epidemic prevention of the escorts in the wards.Results After the application of the system,the examination time of E-escort code application and the time required for entry and exit inspection were significantly shorter than before,and the satisfaction score of escort personnel on escort management,the implementation rate of"one patient with one escort"in wards and the implementation rate of presenting escort code when entering and leaving ward were significantly higher than before,with statistical significance(p<0.05).Conclusion The application of the intelligent management system,"e-escort",has obviously shortened the time required for the examination of escort application and entry and exit inspection,which is beneficial to the implementation of ward escort management policies and improves the satisfaction of escorts.
