摘　　要：医疗机构门诊西药房的药品发出后虽原则上规定不能退药,但因为一些不可抗因素,药品退回现象一直存在。退药过程容易造成药品质量问题、增加工作量、给患者带来不便等。本文通过分析药品退费的常见原因,探讨相关对策来减少这一现象。Although it is stipulated in principle that drugs can't be returned after being issued in outpatient pharmacies of medical institutions,the phenomenon of drug return has always existed because of some force majeure factors.The process of drug withdrawal is likely to cause drug quality problems,increase workload and bring inconvenience to patients.This paper analyzes the common causes of drug refund and discusses relevant countermeasures to reduce this phenomenon.
