摘　　要：目的分析某综合大学附属医院“十三五”期间承担国家重点研发计划项目特征,并提出管理建议与对策。方法收集2016-2020年该校附属医院牵头承担的项目及课题任务书,统计分析项目研究领域、学科分布、依托科研基地、参与单位、项目负责人等信息。结果2016-2020年,附属医院共承担国家重点研发计划项目48项,以社会发展领域为主,占比58.33%;超过50%的项目由5个优势学科牵头承担。依托国家、省部级科研基地的项目占79.16%。基础研究领域项目参与单位以高等院校为主,占比达68.75%。项目负责人兼任重要学会主任委员或副主任委员的占45.83%。结论该校附属医院国家重点研发计划项目领域集中度高、学科特色鲜明、与重点科研基地关系紧密、参与单位广、项目负责人学术成熟度高.Objective To analyze the characteristics of national key R&D projects undertaken by a hospital affiliated to a comprehensive university during the 13th Five-Year Plan period,and put forward management suggestions and countermeasures.Methods The projects and task books undertaken by the affiliated hospital of our university from 2016 to 2020 were collected,and the information of research fields,disciplines distribution,scientific research bases,participating units and project leaders were statistically analyzed.Results From 2016 to 2020,the affiliated hospitals undertook 48 national key R&D projects,mainly in the field of social development,accounting for 58.33%.More than 50%of the projects were led by five dominant disciplines.Projects relying on national,provincial and ministerial scientific research bases accounted for 79.16%.Institutions of higher learning were the main project participants in the field of basic research,accounting for 68.75%.45.83%of the project leaders were also the chairman or vice-chairman of important societies.Conclusion The national key R&D projects of the affiliated hospital of this university has high concentration,distinctive discipline characteristics,close relationship with key scientific research bases,wide participation units and high academic maturity of project leaders.
