摘　　要：2500 t/d熟料预分解窑水泥生产线配套NC-3.3X21.7型篦冷机,出篦冷机的熟料温度比较高,达到140~160℃,瞬间温度达到200℃;侧盲板漏料严重;活动梁容易变形,篦板易掉落;换热效率低,二次风温低。升级为成都建材设计院PLUS型第四代篦冷机,实现了提高设备运转率、减少设备维护费用、降低系统热耗、改善熟料质量、提高发电量和降低电耗的目的。2500 t/d clinker pre-decomposition kiln cement production line is equipped with NC-3.3X21.7 type grate cooler,the clinker temperature of the grate chiller is relatively high,reaching 140-160℃,and the instantaneous temperature reaches 200℃;The side blind plate leaks seriously;The movable beam is easy to deform,and the grate plate is easy to fall;The heat exchange efficiency is low and the secondary air temperature is low.It has been upgraded to the fourth generation grate cooler of PLUS type of Chengdu Building Materials Design Institute,which has achieved the purpose of improving equipment operation rate,reducing equipment maintenance costs,reducing system heat consumption,improving clinker quality,increasing power generation and reducing power consumption.
