摘 要:粤东地区某水泥厂利用预分解窑水泥生产线进行替代燃料直投试验,试验中发现,预燃炉工况稳定性差,系统中氯含量上升,物料结皮严重。实践表明,可燃废弃物收集、分类、配伍、均化、预处理有利于替代燃料成分、性质的稳定,能够减小对水泥窑炉热工状况的影响;水泥窑协同过程中可以投加的位置多,需要根据替代燃料的性质选择合适的投加点,针对大块难燃的替代燃料就需要增加其燃烧空间和时间,减少堆积结块的风险。A cement plant in eastern Guangdong used the predecomposition kiln cement production line to cany out the direct injection test of alternative fuels,and it was found that the stability of the pre-combustion furnace was poor,the chlorine content in the system increased,and the material crust was serious.Practice shows that the collection,classification,composition,homogenization and pretreatment of combustible wastes are conducive to the stability of alternative fuel components and properties,and can reduce the impact on the thermal condition of cement kilns.There are many locations that can be dosed in the cement kiln synergy process,and it is necessary to choose the appropriate dosing point according to the nature of alternative fuels,and it is necessary to increase the combustion space and time of large flame-retardant alternative fuels to reduce the risk of accumulation.
