摘  要:在导弹弹头等爆炸类武器研制过程中,需要读取和擦除爆炸场地布置的冲击波超压记录仪中存储的数据。为减小数据卸载过程中携带的装备体积和提升数据卸载速度,提出一种便携式高速数据卸载系统设计。该系统采用ZYNQ-7000系列芯片作为主控,将乒乓缓存技术同AXI4总线相结合,利用容量大、易插拔的SD卡作为存储介质,不仅简化硬件设计,还可提高数据卸载速度。同时利用触控屏为系统增加可视化操作,仅需点击屏幕即可控制整个工作流程。最终设计的系统尺寸只有95 mm×65 mm×40 mm,并通过实验验证,该系统对记录仪的数据卸载速度达到25 Mb/s,且没有数据错误现象。相比于其他的数据卸载系统,该系统具有操作简单、便于携带和卸载速度快的优点。In the development of explosive weapons such as missile warheads,it is necessary to read and erase the data stored in the shock wave overpressure recorder arranged at the explosion site.In order to reduce the equipment volume carried in the data unloading process and improve the speed of data unloading,a portable high-speed data unloading system design is proposed.The system adopts ZYNQ-7000 series chips as the main control,combines ping-pong cache technology with AXI4 bus,and uses large capacity,easy-to-plug SD cards as storage media,which not only simplifies hardware design,but also improves data unload speed.At the same time,the touch screen is used to add visual operation to the system,and the entire workflow can be controlled just by tapping the screen.The size of the final designed system is only 95 mm×65 mm×40 mm,and it is verified by experiments that the data unloading speed of the system to the recorder reaches 25 Mb/s,and there is no data error phenomenon.Compared with other data unloading systems,the system has the advantages of simple operation,easy portability and fast unloading speed.
