摘 要:为解决内悬浮抱杆输电铁塔组立过程中,因组塔绳索受力过载断线而发生的安全事故问题,研制一种适用于内悬浮抱杆组塔绳索受力监测的传感器。在传感器硬件方面,基于内悬浮抱杆组塔施工特性和绳索的受力特点,采用箔式应变片和单片机STC12LE5616AD完成组塔绳索受力数据的采集与处理,并利用低功耗的ZigBee技术完成监测数据的无线传输。传感器软件系统采用自动休眠、定时唤醒的低功耗工作模式,实现多点采集数据的轮询传输。最后,根据组塔绳索连接金具确定传感器的外形结构,采用42铬钼材料进行传感器金属外壳的制作。研制的传感器成功应用于实际工程,实测值与理论计算值的平均值相差为7.4%,在整基铁塔组立连续6 d的监测过程中传感器耗电24%。In order to solve the problem of safety accidents caused by the overload and disconnection of the ropes of the inner suspension pole during the assembly process of the power transmission tower,a sensor suitable for monitoring the force of the inner suspension pole group tower ropes was developed.In terms of sensor hardware,based on the construction characteristics of the inner suspension pole group tower and the force characteristics of the rope,foil strain gages and single-chip microcomputer STC12LE5616AD are used to complete the collection and processing of the force data of the tower rope,and the low-power ZigBee technology is used to complete the wireless transmission of monitoring data.The sensor software system adopts a low-power working mode of automatic sleep and timing wake-up to realize the polling transmission of multi-point acquisition data.Finally,determine the shape and structure of the sensor according to the tower rope connection fittings,and use 42CrMo material to make the sensor metal shell.The developed sensor has been successfully applied to actual engineering.The average difference between the measured value and the theoretical calculation value is 7.4%.The sensor consumes 24%of the electricity during the 6-day monitoring process of the entire base iron tower assembly.
