摘  要:发展高效低碳清洁发电技术是实现“碳达峰”和“碳中和”的有效途径,高位布置汽轮机组可有效缩短主蒸汽、再热蒸汽和排汽管道,并为建设700℃超超临界燃煤发电机组打下坚实的基础。基于国内外研究现状,以世界首例陕西国华锦界电厂三期2×660 MW超超临界高位布置汽轮发电机组基础台板为研究对象,使用Solidworks软件建立基础台板的有限元模型,并使用有限元软件ANSYS对其进行模态动力学分析,得到汽轮机基础台板的动态特征。研究表明:汽轮机1.4倍转速范围内基础台板的固有频率可以有效避开汽轮机的工作频率50 Hz,不会发生共振;对其施加0.2倍转子重力的扰力后,基础的最大振动线位移在0~3900 r/min的转速范围内均满足规范要求,保证机组的安全运行。研究结果对改善厂房结构、提高煤电机组发电效率具有一定的参考意义。The development of high-efficiency,low-carbon and clean power generation technology is an effective way to achieve“carbon peak”and“carbon neutrality”.The higher floor layout of steam turbine units can effectively shorten the main steam,reheat steam and exhaust steam pipelines,which is an effective way for the construction of 700℃ultra-supercritical combustion.A solid foundation has been laid for coal power generation units.Based on the research status at home and abroad,taking the world’s first 2×660 MW ultra-supercritical high-level turbine generator set base plate in the third phase of Shaanxi Guohua Jinjie Power Plant as the research object,Solidworks software is used to establish the finite element model of the base plate.The modal dynamic analysis is carried out to obtain the dynamic characteristics of the base plate of the steam turbine.Studies have shown that the natural frequency of the base platen within 1.4 times the speed range of the steam turbine can effectively avoid the working frequency of the steam turbine at 50 Hz,and resonance will not occur.After the disturbance force of 0.2 times the rotor gravity is applied,the maximum vibration line displacement of the foundation meets the specification requirements within the speed range of 0-3900 r/min,which ensures the safe operation of the unit.The research results are of certain reference significance for improving the structure of the plant and increasing the power generation efficiency of coal-fired power plants.
