摘 要:将电镀污泥与页岩、石灰石粉、煤粉配伍,在1000~1100℃高温烧结6~7h,形成电镀污泥烧结体。采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测试烧结体及其浸出液中的重金属,研究烧结体浸出毒性。将烧结体粉磨至不同细度制备烧结体基掺合料,进行水泥胶砂流动度、活性指数等测试。等量取代水泥制备混凝土,开展坍落度与抗压强度测试。结果表明,高温烧结可以还原、固化电镀污泥中的重金属,烧结体浸出液中的重金属浓度低于GB 5085.3-2007限值。细度45μm筛余10%时,烧结体基掺合料流动度比96%,28d活性指数71%。掺量20%~30%,烧结体基掺合料可制备C35~C40混凝土,60min后坍落度200mm以上,扩展度损失低于55mm。The electroplating sludge is compatible with shale,limestone powder,and coal powder,and sintered at a high temperature of 1000~1100°C for 6~7h,then an electroplating sludge sintered body is formed.The total heavy metals in the sintered body and heavy metal concentration of its leaching solution are tested by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer(ICP).The sintered body is ground to different fineness to prepare sintered body based admixture(SBBA).The fluidity and activity index of SBBA are tested.Concrete is prepared by equivalent replacement of cement by SBBA,and the slump and compressive strength are tested.The results show that high temperature sintering can reduce and solidify the heavy metals in electroplating sludge.The concentration of heavy metals in the leaching solution of sintered body is lower than the limit value of GB 5085.3–2007.When 45μm sieve residue is 10%,the fluidity ratio of SBBA is 96%,and the 28-day activity index is 71%.C35~C40 concrete can be prepared with 20%~30%SBBA.The slump of concrete with SBBA is more than 200mm and the slump loss is less than 55mm after 60min.
