维生素K1治疗香豆素类灭鼠药中毒致过敏性休克抢救体会

摘　　要：维生素K是肝脏合成凝血因子Ⅱ、Ⅶ、Ⅸ、Ⅹ的必需物质,而维生素K——1是其中一种临床上常用的维生素K类药物,主要应用于各种原因引起的维生素K依赖性凝血因子缺乏及低凝血酶原血症。然而维生素K可能会引起不良反应,严重者可致患者死亡。临床医生应该严格按维生素K药品使用说明书规范用药,用药过程中严密观察患者有无不良反应。现将我院收治的1例维生素K1治疗香豆素类灭鼠药中毒致严重急性过敏性休克病例进行报道,同时对维生素K常见不良反应及具体抢救做分析、总结、讨论,以为临床研究提供参考。Vitamin K is a necessary substance for the liver to synthesize coagulation factors II,VI,IX and X.Vitamin K,is one of the commonly used vitamin K drugs in clinic.It is mainly used in vitamin K-dependent coagulation factor deficiency and hypoprothrombin anemia caused by various reasons.However,vitamin K may cause adverse reactions,which can cause death in severe cases.Clinicians should strictly follow the instructions for the use of vitamin K drugs,and closely observe whether patients have adverse reactions during the use of drugs.A case of severe acute anaphylactic shock caused by coumarin rodenticide poisoning treated with vitamin K,in our hospital is reported as follows.At the same time,the common adverse reactions and specific rescue of vitamin K are analyzed,summarized and discussed.
