摘　　要：目的:分析药物自我管理训练对癫痫患者正确服药及幸福度的影响。方法:将我院于2021年1月—2022年2月收治的120例癫痫患者分为观察组和对照组,对照组采取常规护理,观察组另予以药物自我管理强化训练,比较两组用药疗效、血药浓度及不同时间段用药正确率及幸福感。结果:观察组用药有效率、血药浓度正常率均高于对照组,且出院时及出院6个月后服药正确率及幸福感评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:癫痫患者应用药物自我管理训练对其用药效果、用药正确率及幸福感均有显著促进作用。Objective:To analyze the effect of drug self-management training on correct medication and happiness of patients with epilepsy.Methods A total of 120 patients with epilepsy admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to February 2022 were divided into observation group and control group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received intensive training of drug self-management.The curative effect,blood concentration,correct rate of drug use in different time periods and well-being were compared between the two groups.Results At the end of the study,the treatment response rate and the normal rate were higher than that of the control group.At the discharge and 6 months later,the correct rate and happiness scores were higher than the control group,and significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of drug self-management training in patients with epilepsy has a significant effect on their medication effect,medication accuracy and happiness.
