黄疸茵陈颗粒联合酪酸梭菌活菌散治疗新生儿黄疸的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:研究黄疸茵陈颗粒联合酪酸梭菌活菌散治疗新生儿黄疸的疗效。方法:选择2021年1月—12月我院收治的90例新生儿黄疸患儿,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组采用酪酸梭菌活菌散治疗,观察组采用黄疸茵陈颗粒联合酪酸梭菌活菌散治疗。比较两组临床疗效、生化指标、免疫球蛋白和心肌酶谱指标。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为97.78%,高于对照组的77.78%(P<0.05);观察组新生儿黄疸患儿的TSB、TBA、TCB及DB水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血清IgA、IgG和IgM水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血清CK-MB、CK、AST及LDH水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:黄疸茵陈颗粒联合酪酸梭菌活菌散治疗新生儿黄疸的疗效良好,能有效改善心肌酶谱活性和免疫功能,降低黄疸指数,值得临床应用。Objective:To study the curative effect of jaundice Yinchen granule combined with clostridium butyricum powder in the treatment of neonatal jaundice.Methods:A total of 90 children with neonatal jaundice admtted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clostridium butyricum powder,and the observation group was treated with jaundice Yinchen granule combined with clostridium butyricum powder.The clinical efficacy,biochemical indexes,immunoglobulin and myocardial enzymes were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.78%,which was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of TSB,TBA,TCB and DB in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum IgA,IgG and IgM in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum CK-MB,CK,AST and LDH in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jaundice Yinchen granule combined with Clostridium caseate live powder has good efficacy in the treatment of neonatal jaundice,can effectively improve myocardial enzyme activity and immune function,reduce jaundice index,worthy of clinical application.
