摘　　要：目的:探讨出院前健康教育对急性失代偿性心力衰竭患者康复效果的影响。方法:根据随机数字表法将2020年6月—2022年7月来我院接受治疗的106例急性失代偿性心力衰竭患者分为常规组53例与康复组53例。常规组接受基础出院前教育,康复组接受出院前健康教育。比较两组服药依从性、疾病知识及用药掌握情况、心脏超声指标以及生活质量。结果:康复组总依从性、总掌握度高于常规组(P<0.05);康复组LVEF水平高于常规组,LVEDD、LVESD水平低于常规组(P<0.05);康复组身体功能、社会功能、心理状态评分以及生活质量总分均高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:出院前健康教育可提高急性失代偿性心力衰竭患者的服药依从性,增强对疾病知识及用药的掌握情况,改善心功能和生活质量。Objective:To explore the effect of pre-discharge health education on the rehabilitation effect of patients with acute decompensated heart failure.Methods:According to the random number table method,106 patients with acute decompensated heart failure who were treated in our hospital from June 2020 to July 2022 were divided into routine group(53 cases)and rehabilitation group(53 cases).The routine group received basic pre-discharge education,and the rehabilitation group received pre-discharge health education.The medication compliance,disease knowledge and medication mastery,cardiac ultrasound indicators and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The total compliance and the total mastery degree in the rehabilitation group were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The level of LVEF in the rehabilitation group was higher than that of the routine group,and the levels of LVEDD and LVESD were lower than those of the routine group(P<0.05).The total scores of physical function,social function,psychological state and quality of life in the rehabilitation group were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pre-discharge health education can improve the medication compliance of patients with acute decompensated heart failure,enhance the mastery of disease knowledge and medication,and improve cardiac function and quality of life.
