摘 要:目的:探讨妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者胰岛素治疗期间应用PBL式健康教育的效果。方法:纳入本院自2021年9月—2022年9月收治的80例GDM患者开展研究,随机划分为对照组及观察组,每组40例。对照组予以传统健康教育,观察组于对照组基础上采用PBL健康教育,比较两组体质量(BMI)及血糖达标情况、自我效能及分娩结局。结果:观察组BMI、PBG及2h-BG达标率均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组干预后C-DMSES评分高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组羊水过多、早产、巨大儿及低体质量儿发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:GDM患者胰岛素治疗期间采用PBL健康教育可提升BMI及血糖达标情况,提升自我效能,改善母婴妊娠结局,具有较高应用价值。Objective To explore the effect of problem-based(PBL)health education on self-efficacy and delivery outcome during insulin therapy in gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods:Eighty patients with GDM admitted to our hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional health education,and the observation group was given PBL health education on the basis of the control group.The body mass(BMI)and blood glucose compliance,self-efficacy and delivery outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results:The compliance rates of BMI,PBG and 2 h-BG in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The C-DMSES scores of the two groups after intervention were higher than those before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The incidences of polyhydramnios,premature delivery,macrosomia and low birth weight infants in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:PBL health education during insulin therapy for GDM can improve BMI and blood glucose compliance,improve self-efficacy,and improve maternal and infant pregnancy outcomes,which has high application value.
