摘 要:目的探究ABO新生儿血型检测结果,探究各血型新生儿的溶血病发生率。方法选取2019年2月~2020年2月的124例母婴血型检测对比中不匹配的黄疸患儿进行研究,实施新生儿与父母ABO血型比对、母亲不规则抗体以及新生儿溶血病实验分析不同血型新生儿的溶血病发生率。导致新生儿黄疸、肝脾损害、贫血、高胆红素血症、严重感染等,严重时可引发神经系统症状、胆红素脑病、心衰甚至死亡。临床上由ABO血型不一致引起的新生儿溶血病远远高于其他血型系统。结果研究分析结果中,124例母婴血型检测对比中不匹配的黄疸患儿中新生儿溶血病患儿含69例,溶血病发病率为55.65%,在69例新生儿溶血病患儿中,含27例抗球蛋白阳性者,约39.13%;含43例游离抗体阳性者;约62.32%;含66例抗体释放阳性者;约95.65%。结论研究表明,在ABO新生儿的溶血病检测中,病症的发生率较高,通过对。不匹配的母婴血型黄疸患儿进行血清指标检测具有重要的铺垫作用,具有较高的早期病症诊出率,进而减少病症对患儿产生的影响。Objective To explore the results of ABO newborn blood group detection and the incidence of hemolytic disease in newborns with different blood types.Methods 124 cases of jaundice children with unmatched maternal and infant blood type detection and comparison in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected for research,and ABO blood type comparison between newborn and parents,irregular antibody of mother and hemolytic disease of newborn were carried out to analyze the incidence of hemolytic disease in newborns with different blood types.It can lead to neonatal jaundice,liver and spleen damage,anemia,hyperbilirubinemia,severe infection,and even nervous system symptoms,bilirubin encephalopathy,heart failure and even death.In clinical practice,hemolytic disease of newborn caused by inconsistent ABO blood group is far higher than other blood group systems.Results In the study and analysis results,there were 69 cases of neonatal hemolytic disease among 124 cases of jaundice children who did not match in the detection and comparison of maternal and infant blood types,and the incidence rate of hemolytic disease was 55.65%.Among 69 cases of neonatal hemolytic disease,there were 27 cases of antiglobulin positive children,about 39.13%;43 cases were positive for free antibody;About 62.32%;66 patients with positive antibody release;About 95.65%.Conclusions The study shows that the incidence of hemolytic disease in ABO newborns is high.The detection of serum indicators for children with mismatched maternal and infant blood type jaundice has an important role in laying the groundwork,has a high early disease detection rate,and thus reduces the impact of the disease on children,which is worth extensive promotion.
