摘　　要：猫角膜腐骨又称坏死性角膜炎或角膜黑色坏死症,是宠物临床诊疗中猫特有的一种眼部疾病,临床症状以角膜局部病变为棕色或黑色的不透明斑块为主,致病因素多且复杂,常见病因为眼睑内翻、倒睫毛长期刺激、病原体感染等。因此,准确的诊断和治疗是治愈角膜腐骨的关键。文章对一例猫眼睑内翻导致角膜腐骨病例的诊断与治疗进行总结,以期对宠物临床中相似病例的诊断治疗提供指导。Cat corneal rot,also known as necrotizing keratitis or corneal black necrotizing,which is a special eye disease of cats in the clinical treatment of pets,the main clinical symptoms of which are local lesions of cornea as brown or black opaque plaque.The pathogenic factors of corneal bone rot are many and complex.The common diseases are eyelid inversion,long-term irritation of inverted eyelashes,pathogen infection and so on.Accurate diagnosis and treatment is the key to cure the disease.The paper summarizes the diagnosis and treatment of a case of corneal rot caused by feline eyelid inversion,hoping to provide guidance for similar cases in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of pets.
