摘  要:目的利用豚鼠眼周和后肢部特定穴位模拟人体“四明穴”,探讨推拿对透镜诱导性近视豚鼠眼球生物学参数和组织病理学的影响。方法选取30只三色豚鼠,随机分为对照组(CG)、模型组(MG)和推拿组(MSG)。CG组不作任何干预;MG、MSG组豚鼠右眼均佩戴-6.00 D透镜设为造模眼,左眼不佩戴透镜作为自身对照眼,建立透镜诱导性近视豚鼠模型;MSG组豚鼠给予推拿刺激右侧眼周穴位和右后肢穴位,模拟人体“四明穴”(上明、睛明、翳明和光明),每次干预8 min,连续干预4周。各组豚鼠于干预前后测量屈光度和眼轴长度,苏木精-伊红(HE)染色观察各组豚鼠巩膜、脉络膜和视网膜的形态变化。结果(1)屈光度:MG、MSG组豚鼠干预后与本组干预前比较,屈光度均增加(tMG=8.852,tMSG=5.957,均P=0.000);与CG组比较,MG组豚鼠干预后屈光度增加(t=7.627,P=0.000);与MG组比较,MSG组豚鼠干预后屈光度降低(t=2.621,P=0.014),差异均有统计学意义。(2)眼轴长度:MG、MSG组豚鼠干预后与本组干预前比较,眼轴长度均增加(t_(MG)=-15.593,t_(MSG)=-13.620,均P=0.000);与CG组比较,MG组豚鼠眼轴长度增加(t=6.889,P=0.000);与MG组比较,MSG组豚鼠眼轴长度降低(t=2.192,P=0.037),差异均有统计学意义。(3)组织病理学:CG组豚鼠巩膜、脉络膜、视网膜组织形态均正常,MG、MSG组豚鼠巩膜、视网膜组织中的细胞数量、排列及连结均发生改变,脉络膜血管数量减少,MSG组变化明显轻于MG组。结论“四明穴”推拿能减缓透镜诱导近视豚鼠屈光度的发展,延缓眼轴增长速度,对抑制近视的发展有干预作用。OBJECTIVE To explore the effects of acupressure on the biological indicators and histopathlogical morphology of the eyes in guinea pigs with lens-induced myopia by simulating the Siming acupoints in humans with specific point around the eyes and posterior limbs of guinea pigs.METHODS A total of 30 tricolor guinea pigs were randomly divided into the control group(CG),the model group(MG),and the massage group(MSG).The CG received no intervention.Both MG and MSG wore a-6.00 D lens in the right eye as the model eye,while the left eye did not wear a lens as the self-control eye to establish the lens-induced myopia model in guinea pigs.The MSG received acupressure stimulation on the specific acupoints around the right eye and posterior limb to simulate the Siming acupoints(including the Shangming,Jingming,Yiming,and Guangming acupoints)in the human body.Each intervention lasted for eight minutes,with a total of four weeks of continuous intervention.The refractive power and axial length of each group were measured before and after intervention,and the morphological changes of the sclera,choroid,and retina were observed by hematoxylin-eosin(HE)staining.RESULTS(1)Refractive power:Compared with those before intervention,the refractive powers of both the MG and MSG increased after intervention(t_(MG)=8.852,t_(MSG)=5.957,both P=0.000);Compared with that of the CG,the refractive power of the MG increased after intervention(t=7.627,P=0.000);Compared with that of the MG,the refractive power of the MSG decreased after intervention(t=2.621,P=0.014),with significant differences in all comparisons.(2)Axial length:Compared with those before intervention,both the axial lengths of the MG and MSG increased after intervention(t_(MG)=-15.593,t_(MSG)=-13.620,both P=0.000);Compared with that of the CG,the axial length of the MG increased after intervention(t=6.889,P=0.000);Compared with that of the MG,the axial length of the MSG decreased after intervention(t=2.192,P=0.037),with significant differences in all comparisons.(3)Histopathology:
