摘  要:针对冲击地压煤层采掘过程中瓦斯异常涌出治理难题,采用理论分析结合现场考察的方法,分析了冲击地压煤层瓦斯异常涌出影响因素、发生原因及控制方法。研究结果表明,冲击地压煤层瓦斯异常涌出影响因素主要包括煤岩固有冲击属性因素、煤岩体结构因素、应力因素、瓦斯因素及开采因素五个方面。冲击地压煤层采掘过程中瓦斯异常涌出发生原因为受采动影响,煤岩体应力集中区突然卸荷,渗透率增加,瓦斯解吸膨胀,发生异常涌出。冲击地压煤层瓦斯异常涌出防治途径可采用超前切断顶板、大面积钻孔卸压、煤层爆破卸压、区域瓦斯预抽、强化局部瓦斯抽采等措施,以降低冲击地压煤层瓦斯异常涌出危险性。研究成果在某矿I010203工作面进行实践,治理效果良好,可为类似条件下瓦斯异常涌出防治提供借鉴。Aiming at the problem of controlling abnormal gas emission in the mining process of rock burst coal seam,the influencing factors,causes and control methods of abnormal gas emission in rock burst coal seam are analyzed by theoretical analysis combined with field investigation.The results show that the influencing factors of abnormal gas emission in rock burst coal seam mainly include five aspects which natural impact physical attribute factors of coal rock,structural factors of coal rock mass,stress factors and gas factors.The causes of abnormal gas emission in the mining process of rock burst coal seam are as follows under the influence of mining,the stress concentration area of coal rock mass is suddenly unloaded,permeability increases,gas desorption expansion occurs,and abnormal emission occurs.The prevention and control ways of abnormal gas emission in rock burst coal seam can be adopted to reduce the risk of abnormal gas emission in rock burst coal seam by cutting off the roof ahead of time,large-area drilling pressure relief,coal seam blasting pressure relief,regional gas pre-pumping,strengthening local gas extraction and other measures.The research results are put into practice in a mine I010203 working face,and the treatment effect is good,which can provide reference for the prevention and control of abnormal gas emission under similar conditions.
