摘 要:白云石是一种天然的碳酸盐岩矿物,具有资源丰富、分布广泛和价格低廉等特点。将白云石粉作为新型辅助性胶凝材料(SCM)掺入水泥基材料中,不仅可以满足水泥基材料的低碳和低成本需求,还可以在一定程度上改善水泥基材料的性能,具有显著的技术效益和经济效益。通过查阅当前国内外对白云石粉在水泥基材料应用研究方面的最新研究成果,从工作性能、力学性能和耐久性能三方面系统总结了白云石粉对水泥基材料各性能的影响,并分析了白云石粉在水泥基材料中的化学反应。根据研究结果可知,白云石粉作为新型SCM应用水泥基材料,可以改善水泥基材料的工作性和体积稳定性,还会与水泥水化反应生成碳铝酸钙,促进水泥基材料的强度发展。此外,通过提高养护温度,掺白云石粉水泥还会反应生成Mg-Al水滑石,进一步提高水泥基材料的强度和耐久性,促进白云石粉在水泥基材料中的应用。目前,白云石粉应用于水泥基材料的研究还存在不足,未来在白云石粉的反应机制及其对水泥基材料性能的影响机制等方面还有待进一步研究与完善。Dolomite is a natural carbonate rock,which is abundantly available,widespread and inexpensive.The efficient utilization of dolomite powder as a new supplementary cementitious material(SCM)can meet the needs for cement-based materials with low embodied carbon and low cost,and improve the performance of cement-based materials at some degree,which has significant technical and economic benefits.Therefore,the effects of dolomite powder on the properties of cement-based materials are summarized in terms of workability,mechanical property and durability in this paper by reviewing the latest research results of dolomite powder applied in cement-based materials,and the chemical behavior of dolomite powders in cement-based materials is also analyzed.The dolomite powder as a new SCM applied in cement-based materials can improve workability and volume stability,and react with cement to form calcium carbo aluminate to promote the strength development.Additionally,Mg-Al hydrotalcite can be formed in the cement pastes containing dolomite powder at elevated temperature,which can improve further the strength and durability of cement-based materials,facilitating the application of dolomite powder in cement-based materials.The current study about the application of dolomite powder in cement-based materials is insufficiency,further research and improvement are still needed in the future in terms of the reaction mechanism of dolomite powder and its influence mechanism on properties of cement-based materials.
