摘 要:针对目前非标介质活塞式压力计不能直接溯源的问题,本文提出了一种可直接在多种指定介质下溯源的多介质活塞式压力计校准方法和装置,并根据常规活塞面积测量方法推导出了新方法下的测量模型。最后,利用数字压力计的短期重复性对新方法进行了验证。验证结果表明,本方法可作为常规方法的补充并联合使用,能有效提高非标介质活塞式压力计的溯源准确性。Aiming at the problem that piston gauge with non-standard medium cannot be directly traced,this paper has presented a calibration method and device for multi-medium piston pressure gauge traced directly under various media,according to the conventional piston area measurement method,the measurement model by the new method is deduced.Finally,the new method is verified by digital gauge with the short-term repeatability.The verification has indicated that this method can be used as a supplement conventional methods,and the accuracy of piston gauge with non-standard medium has been improved effectively.
