摘 要:多参数环境试验设备是广泛用于信息、电子、汽车、航空、仪器仪表等行业,针对电工产品、材料、零部件等在恒定温湿度、光照强度、风速,及压差等参数条件下,对样品的性能做出综合性评价的设备。由于此设备涵盖多种参数,无相应的校准规范。因此,为了满足行业需求,保证多参数环境试验设备计量的单位统一和量值准确可靠,避免因校准方法不同而引起的校准结果的不准确。本文对多参数环境试验设备中温度、湿度、压差、风速、光照参数的校准方法进行了详细的阐述。Multi parameter environmental testing equipment is widely used in information,electronics,automobile,aviation,instrument and other industries,for electrical products,materials,parts and other parameters such as constant temperature and humidity,light intensity,wind speed and difference pressure,to make a comprehensive evaluation of the performance of the sample equipment.Since this equipment covers a variety of parameters,there is no corresponding calibration specification,so in order to meet the needs of the industry,to ensure that the multi parameter environmental testing equipment measurement unit unity and accurate and reliable value,to avoid the inaccurate calibration results caused by different calibration methods.In this paper,the calibration methods of temperature,humidity,difference pressure,wind speed and illumination parameters in multi parameter environmental testing equipment are described in detail.
