摘  要:随着现代总线技术的发展和热工水力试验测量需求的变化,在热工水力测控系统中出现了基于不同的现场总线的测量设备。不同的总线接口需要不同的测试系统,会导致整个测控系统成本增加、系统臃肿。为了实现热工水力试验中多种现场总线的兼容,提出组件化总线板卡兼容的概念;同时,利用C/C++构建控制器底层嵌入式API,为测控程序的快速开发提供软件编程接口。基于组件化总线板卡+嵌入式API的软硬件架构所研制的可编程控制器,进行了CAN、Modbus RTU、Profibus PA的协议兼容和编程测试,功能及数据结果准确无误。试验结果表明,该控制器可实现热工水力试验中多种现场总线的兼容,提高系统的集成自动化程度,减少成本。With the development of modern bus technology and the change of thermal hydraulic test measurement requirements,in the thermal hydraulic measurement and control system,there are measurement devices based on different fieldbuses,and different bus interfaces require different test systems,which will lead to increased cost and bloated system of the entire measurement and control system.In order to realize the compatibility of multiple fieldbuses in thermal hydraulic tests,the concept of modular bus board compatibility is proposed.At the same time,C/C++is used to build the underlying embedded API of the controller to provide a software programming interface for the rapid development of measurement and control programs.The programmable controller developed based on the software and hardware architecture of componentized bus board and embedded API carries out protocol compatibility and data measurement of CAN,Modbus RTU and Profibus PA,and the functions and data results are accurate.The test results show that the controller can realize the compatibility of a variety of fieldbuses in thermal and hydraulic tests,improve the integration automation of the system,and reduce the cost.
