低加远传液位计信号跳变故障原因与对策

摘　　要：阐述了导波雷达液位计的测量工作原理,结合某电厂低加液位计的实际应用情况,发现在测量过程中液位信号出现频繁波动,导致低加远传液位监测异常。通过对火力发电机组低加远传液位计显示不准进行研究,形成对低加远传液位计连通管增加平衡筒的研究成果,从而保证火力发电机组低加水位的“精准”测量。通过对低加远传液位计测量筒引出管路增加平衡筒技术改造的方式,将有效解决由于负压导致的低加液位测量不准的问题。此研究成果解决了低加远传液位计不准的“短板”问题,提升了机组的安全性、经济性。同时,研究成果将适用于火电机组低加液位计测量,其采用导波雷达液位计,且测量筒与容器直接相连的测量方式。此研究成果具有可推广性和复制性。This article expounds the measurement working principle of the guided radar liquid level gauge,combined with the actual application of the low-fill level gauge in a power plant,it is found that frequent fluctuations in the liquid level signal during the measurement process lead to abnormal monitoring of the low-fill remote liquid level.Through the research on the inaccurate display of the low-fill remote liquid level gauge of the thermal power generation unit,the research results of adding a balance cylinder to the connecting pipe of the low-fill remote liquid level gauge are formed,so as to ensure the"accurate"measurement of the low-fill water level of the thermal power generation unit.The problem of inaccurate measurement of low-fill liquid level caused by negative pressure will be effectively solved by adding a balance cylinder to the lead-out pipeline of the low-fill remote liquid level gauge.This research result solves the"short board"problem of inaccurate low-level and remote-transmission liquid level gauges,and improves the safety and economy of the unit.At the same time,the research results will be applicable to the measurement method of the thermal power unit's low-fill level gauge,which uses a guided radar level gauge and the measuring cylinder is directly connected to the container.
