摘 要:低消耗、低排放的建筑工业化是推动建筑业低碳转型的重要途径.以深圳市某3层钢筋混凝土框架设计为例,分别采用两种不同的结构设计方案:130 mm厚的桁架钢筋混凝土叠合板与120 mm厚的现浇板,对两种板的碳排放量和综合成本进行了计算及分析.研究表明:在物化三阶段,现浇板的单位板面积碳排放量比装配式板多,增加了约2.78%,而装配式板的单位板面积综合成本高于现浇板,增加了约29.36%,建安成本比现浇板增加了约32.33%,碳排放成本比现浇板减少了约2.71%;模板工程碳排放量增加是现浇板的单位板面积碳排放量比装配式板多的主要因素;材料费增加尤其是预制构件材料费增加是装配式板的单位板面积建筑安装成本高于现浇板的主要因素.The building industrialization has the advantage of low-consumption and low-emission,which is an important way to promote the low-carbon transformation of the construction industry.Taking the design of a three-storey reinforced concrete frame in Shenzhen as an example,two different structural design schemes are adopted:130mm thick truss reinforced concrete composite plate and 120 mm thick cast plate.The study shows that in the three stages of materialization phase,the unit area carbon emissions of the cast-in-place slabs is more than that of the composite slabs,which is about 2.78%,while the unit area comprehensive cost of the composite slabs is more expensive than that of the cast-in-place slabs,an increase of about 29.36%,and the cost of construction is about 32.33%higher than that of the cast-in-place slabs,but the carbon emission cost is about 2.71%lower than that of the that of the cast-in-place slabs.The increase in carbon emissions of template engineering is the main factor that the carbon emission is more than that of prefabricated slabs;The increase in material costs,especially the increase in material costs for prefabricated components,is the main factor that the cost of prefabricated slabs is higher than that of cast-in-place slabs.
