强化公共经济管理对推进民生建设的影响

摘　　要：当前,推进民生建设一直是我国政府最关心的课题.本文基于公共经济管理的角度,从增强民生建设的重要性出发,结合民生指数和洛伦兹曲线,研究两者之间的联系.分析表明,持续改善民生不仅可以推动人民生活水平的提升,同时还有利于构建社会稳定大局,促进国家繁荣昌盛,加速中国式现代化进程.政府部门通过完善公共经济管理,提供公共产品和公共服务,建设基础设施,普惠于民,在增进人民福祉加速实现共同富裕上发挥作用.从客观的视角,为加强公共经济管理提出了相关管理建议.At present,promoting people's livelihood construction has always been the most concerned topic of the Chinese government.This paper,based on the perspective of public economic management,starts from the importance of enhancing people's livelihood construction,and combines the livelihood index and Lorenz curve to study the relationship between the two.Analysis shows that continuous improvement of people's livelihood can not only promote the improvement of people's living standards,but also help to build the overall situation of social stability,promote national prosperity,and accelerate the process of Chinese path to modernization.By improving public economic management,providing public goods and services,building infrastructure and benefiting the people,government departments play a role in improving people's welfare and accelerating the realization of common prosperity.Finally,from an objective perspective,relevant management suggestions are put forward for strengthening public economic management.
