摘　　要：在“双碳”背景下,推进制造业数字化转型和绿色发展是中国制造业转型升级的关键保障。中国制造业数字化转型综合评价指数与绿色发展综合评价指数逐年增加,数字化转型综合评价指数小于绿色发展综合评价指数,但两者的差距随着时间的推移在逐年缩小;制造业数字化转型与绿色发展两个子系统之间的耦合协调度从2016年的0.395增加到2020年的0.475,处于由低度耦合协调向中度耦合协调发展的阶段,两个子系统之间存在协同发展关系,两者形成动态演化的合力推动系统由无序向有序方向升级演化。中国应在推进制造业低碳绿色发展、加快制造业数字化转型、建设绿色数字化生态系统、强化数字基础设施建设等方面采取措施,促进制造业数字化转型与绿色发展。Under the background of Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutrality,promoting the digital transformation and green development of the manufacturing industry is a key guarantee for the transformation and upgrading of China’s manufacturing industry.The digital transformation comprehensive evaluation index and green development comprehensive evaluation index of China’s manufacturing industry increase year by year,while the digital transformation comprehensive evaluation index is smaller than the green development comprehensive evaluation index,but the gap between the two is narrowing year by year with the passage of time.The coupling coordination degree between the two subsystems of manufacturing digital transformation and green development increased from 0.395 in 2016 to 0.475 in 2020,which is in the development stage from low coupling coordination to moderate coupling coordination.There is a cooperative development relationship between the two subsystems,and they form a dynamic evolution force to promote the system upgrading from disorder to order.China should take measures to promote the low-carbon and green development of the manufacturing industry,accelerate the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry,build a green digital ecosystem and strengthen the construction of digital infrastructure,so as to promote the digital transformation and green development of the manufacturing industry.
