摘　　要：胡佛的《区域经济学导论(第三版)》,提供了至今为止最完整的区域经济学理论架构,它深度解释了市场配置资源的机制以及政府调控政策有效补充市场缺陷的机理,并为解决“问题区域”和城市核心区经济衰退现象,提供了以市场配置和政府调控为核心的强有力的理论工具,这对构建适合我国国情的区域经济学理论体系具有重要的借鉴意义。同时也要提高警惕,随时防范极端的新自由主义思潮的泛滥。Hoover's“Introduction to Regional Economics(Third Edition)”provides the most complete theoretical framework of regional economics So far,which deeply explains the mechanism of market allocation of resources and the mechanism of government regulation policies effectively supplementing market defects.It also provides a powerful theoretical tool with market allocation and government regulation as the core to solve the economic recession phenomenon in“problem areas”and urban core areas.This is important for China to construct a regional economic theoretical system suitable for China's national conditions.But at the same time,we should also be vigilant and always guard against the proliferation of extreme neo liberal trends of thought.
