摘  要:目前,旧沥青路面回收料(RAP,Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement)因其潜在的环境和经济效益而被广泛应用于沥青路面建设中。为研究沥青组分特征对高RAP掺量的再生沥青胶结料和混合料的抗疲劳性能的影响,设计不同掺量的RAP料和合适掺量的再生剂分别制备了再生沥青胶结料和混合料。首先,采用溶剂洗脱法分离出再生沥青胶结料的4组分,并计算出胶体不稳定性指数和沥青质指数表征其组分特征。其次,采用线性振幅扫描试验和4点弯曲疲劳试验分别评价再生沥青胶结料和混合料的抗疲劳性能。最后,基于上述试验结果,采用统计学方法研究了沥青组分特征与再生沥青胶结料和混合料的疲劳寿命之间的相关性。结果表明:再生剂的引入可明显改善掺有RAP料的再生沥青胶结料和再生沥青混合料的抗疲劳性能;沥青质指数与再生沥青胶结料和混合料的疲劳寿命之间存在良好的关联性;胶体不稳定指数和沥青质指数与再生沥青胶结料的疲劳温度等级之间也均有很好的相关性。综上,根据再生沥青胶结料的组分特征,可较准确地预测再生沥青胶结料和再生沥青混合料的抗疲劳性能。Currently,Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement(RAP)materials are widely applied in new pavement construction due to its potential environmental and economic benefits.In order to study the influence of the characteristics of asphalt components on the fatigue resistance of recycled asphalt binder and mixture with high RAP content,the recycled asphalt binder and mixture are prepared with different RAP content and appropriate content of regenerant.First,the solvent elution method is used to separate the four components of the recycled asphalt binder,and the colloidal instability index and asphaltene index are calculated to characterize the characteristics of its components.Secondly,the fatigue resistance of recycled asphalt binder and mixture are evaluated by linear amplitude sweep test and 4-point bending fatigue test,respectively.Finally,based on the above test results,statistical method is used to study the correlation between the characteristics of asphalt components and the fatigue life of recycled asphalt binders and mixtures.The results show that the introduction of regenerant can significantly improve the fatigue resistance of recycled asphalt binder and recycled asphalt mixture mixed with RAP material;there is a good correlation between asphaltene index and the fatigue life of recycled asphalt binder and mixture;there is also a good correlation between the colloidal instability index and the asphaltene index and the fatigue temperature grade of the recycled asphalt binder.In conclusion,according to the component characteristics of recycled asphalt binder,the fatigue resistance of recycled asphalt binder and recycled asphalt mixture can be predicted more accurately.
