摘 要:针对目前废弃黏土砖类建筑垃圾存量大、处理难和利用率低的问题,研究了再生烧结黏土砖粉的活性,并研究了其在替代粉煤灰后应用于道路水稳层后的性能。结果表明:再生烧结黏土砖粉的活性指数能够达到73%,满足作为水泥活性混合材料中粉煤灰的活性指数要求。结合X射线衍射、傅里叶红外光谱和扫描电子显微镜分析发现,再生烧结黏土砖粉的活性源于其内部的活性SiO_(2)、Al_(2)O_(3)等成分,该活性成分能够与水泥水化产物中的Ca(OH)_(2)反应形成新的硅酸盐和铝酸盐水合物,从而形成较为密实的微观结构。再生烧结黏土砖粉替代粉煤灰后制备的水泥-砖粉稳定碎石材料具有良好的力学性能,能够满足极重、特重交通的高速公路和一级公路的基层以及底基层的强度要求。In view of the current problems of large stockpiles of waste clay brick type construction waste,difficulty in disposal and low utilization,in this paper the activity of recycled clay brick powder prepared from demolished construction waste is studied,and further its performance in replacing fly ash for application in road water stability layers is investigated.The results show that the activity index of the recycled brick powder can reach 73%,which meets the activity index requirement of fly ash as a reactive mixing material in cement.Combined with X-ray diffraction,Fourier infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy analysis,it is found that the activity of recycled sintered clay brick powder comes from its internal active SiO_(2),Al,Os and other components,which can react with Ca(OH)_(2) in the cement hydration product to form new silicate and aluminate hydrate,thereby form a denser microstructure;the cement brick powder stabilised gravel material prepared by replacing fly ash with recycled brick powder has good mechanical properties and can meet the strength requirements of the base and sub-base of very heavy and extremely heavy traffic highways and roads.
