摘 要:为高效且环保地处理尾矿,利用水性环氧树脂和反浮选尾矿制备了一种新型的水泥基砂浆防水材料,通过研究不同环氧树脂掺量下砂浆的基础物理力学性能和防水性能探索环氧树脂的最优掺量;采用扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)对砂浆的微观结构和成分进行分析,探索环氧树脂对砂浆性能的影响机理。结果表明:添加环氧树脂会降低砂浆的凝结时间和早期强度;4%的环氧树脂掺量能在保障28 d抗压强度的基础上最大程度地提高砂浆的抗折强度和降低孔隙率;结合XRD和SEM测试结果,水性环氧树脂失水形成的聚合物薄膜包裹水泥颗粒和填充孔隙,从而延缓水泥早期水化反应速率、增强结构致密性和提高砂浆的韧性。In order to treat tailings efficiently and environment-friendly,a new cement-based mortar waterproof material is prepared by using waterborne epoxy resin and reverse flotation tailings.By studying the basic physical-mechanical properties and waterproof performance of mortar with different content of epoxy resin,the optimal content of epoxy resin is explored.The scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray diffractometer(XRD)are used to analyze the microstructure and composition of mortar,so as to explore the influence mechanism of epoxy resin on the properties of mortar.The results show that adding epoxy resin can reduce the setting time and early strength of mortar;4%epoxy resin content can improve the flexural strength and reduce porosity of mortar to the greatest extent while maintaining the compressive strength for 28 days;combined with XRD and SEM test results,the polymer film formed by waterborne epoxy resin dehydrates coated cement particles and filled the pores,thus delaying the early hydration reaction rate of cement,enhancing the structural compactness and improving the toughness of mortar.The above research results have theoretical guiding significance for improving the utilization rate of tailings and developing new engineering materials.
