摘　　要：这是2016年受尼科尔先生(C.W.Nicol)委托设计的一个马既。主人可以在这里养马,与马分享生活,不过不是为了骑马,而是为了拉重物。墙是木结构,采用一种叫作“Itakura”的传统建造方式,即在柱子之间安装槽板,木材来自森林疏伐,用马拖拽过来。管理楼和马棚连接在一起,是马匹和马夫共同的生活基地。This is a stable commissioned by C.W.Nicol in 2016.It is a stable where one can share life with and breed horses not for horse-riding,but for pulling heavy loads.The stall walls are a wooden structure built using the Itakura method(slotting panels between posts)with timber from forest thinning transported by draft horses.The management building and the stalls are linked together to become a life base for the horses and the horsemen who take care of them.The whole structure gently curves so that the horses and people can always feel each other's presence.Mr.Nicol said it looked like a modern"magariya."
