摘 要:为提升无人系统之间跨域协同水平,从现代战争中大量运用无人机遂行空中情报支援、引导地面打击与目标校射、目标毁伤评估任务等实战案例出发,探讨了无人系统支持下的联合战术跨域协同能力发展。以美军无人系统发展为参考,阐述了无人化联合战术跨域协同的概念与内涵;以美军两个MQ-9中队同步打击案例为分析对象,多角度系统性比较了跨域协同与同域协同之间的异同;重点从系统集成与能力验证角度调研了国内外相关发展现状,并简要对比国内外差距;结合传统作战指挥与筹划的特点,分析跨域协同作战指挥与规划能力的缺口;从指挥架构、组织形态、关键技术等方面,深入探讨跨域协同对于发展规划能力的主要思路。To improve the level of cross-domain cooperation among unmanned systems,this study discusses the development of joint tactical cross-domain collaboration capabilities supported by unmanned systems based on actual combat cases in modern warfare,where drones are widely used to carry out air intelligence support,guide ground strikes,calibrate targets,and assess target damage.First,referring to the development of the US Army’s unmanned systems,the concept and connotation of joint tactical cross-domain collaboration of unmanned systems are expounded.Second,analyzing the case of simultaneous strikes by two US Army MQ-9 squadrons,the similarities and differences between cross-domain and same-domain collaboration are systematically compared from multiple perspectives.Third,research on the development status at home and abroad is considered from the perspective of system integration and capability verification,and the gap at home and abroad is briefly compared.Fourth,combining the characteristics of traditional combat command and planning,the gaps in the cross-domain collaborative combat command and planning capabilities are analyzed.Finally,from the aspects of command structure,organizational form and key technologies,the main ideas of cross-domain collaboration in the development of planning capabilities are discussed.
