摘  要:随着信息与人工智能技术在城市中的深入应用,以物联网、云计算、大数据以及地理信息系统为支撑的智慧城市正在不断涌现。智慧城市的理念是人与城市融为一体,其特点包括城市信息全面共享、城市要素共融互通、城市建设以人为本、城市资源优化配置。智慧城市的特点影响着未来的战争形态和作战样式,促使更加高效灵活的作战形态不断出现和发展。随着智慧城市作战形态的变化,智慧城市作战侦察情报保障也会面临前所未有的挑战。在分析现代智慧城市作战特点的基础上,研究智慧城市作战条件下侦察情报保障的新特点和新挑战,并提出相应的侦察情报保障方法与思路,以期为后续相关问题的研究提供借鉴。With the intensive application of information and artificial intelligence technologies in cities,smart cities supported by the internet of things,cloud computing,big data,and geographic information systems are emerging.The concept of smart cities represents the integration of people and cities.Their features include comprehensive sharing of urban information,integration and interworking of urban elements,people-oriented construction,and optimal allocation of urban resources.These characteristics of smart cities affect future forms of war and styles of combat,leading to the continuous emergence and development of more efficient and flexible forms of combat and warfare.As the forms of operations in smart cities change,the associated reconnaissance and intelligence support also face unprecedented challenges.The characteristics of modern smart city operations are analyzed,and the new characteristics and challenges of reconnaissance and intelligence support under the conditions of smart city operations are studied.Corresponding reconnaissance and intelligence support methods and ideas are developed to provide references for subsequent research on related issues.
