抗菌冲洗液联合医用阴道凝胶功能敷料对细菌性、霉菌性阴道炎患者阴道微生态平衡及黏膜修复的影响研究

摘　　要：目的研究抗菌冲洗液联合医用阴道凝胶功能敷料(商品名:萌大夫)对细菌性、霉菌性阴道炎患者阴道微生态平衡及黏膜修复的影响。方法110例细菌性、霉菌性阴道炎患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组,各55例。对照组实施乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗,治疗组实施抗菌冲洗液联合医用阴道凝胶功能敷料治疗。比较两组阴道微生态环境评分、临床症状改善情况、临床疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果停药1个月后,两组阴道pH值、阴道清洁度、乳酸杆菌数量、阴道菌群密集度、阴道乙酰氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)评分均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组阴道pH值评分与阴道NAG评分组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组阴道清洁度、乳酸杆菌数量、阴道菌群密集度评分分别为(0.81±0.13)、(0.52±0.09)、(0.91±0.14)分,均低于对照组的(1.30±0.25)、(0.82±0.11)、(1.25±0.19)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组白带恢复正常时间、外阴瘙痒消失时间、外阴阴道疼痛消失时间、黏膜充血改善时间、黏膜修复时间分别为(5.01±1.18)、(4.00±1.06)、(2.50±0.64)、(6.10±1.32)、(8.23±1.64)d,均短于对照组的(7.20±1.45)、(5.94±1.25)、(3.46±0.83)、(7.76±1.63)、(10.65±2.07)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗总有效率98.18%高于对照组的81.82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均未出现明显不良反应。结论对细菌性、霉菌性阴道炎患者实施抗菌冲洗液联合医用阴道凝胶功能敷料治疗安全有效,有助于改善阴道微生态环境,缓解临床症状,促进阴道黏膜修复。Objective To study the effects of antibacterial rinse solution combined with medical vaginal gel functional dressing(trade name:Mengdaifu)on vaginal microecological balance and mucosal repair in patients with bacterial and fungal vaginitis.Methods A total of 110 patients with bacterial and fungal vaginitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with lactic acid bacteria vaginal capsule,and the treatment group was treated with antibacterial rinse solution and medical vaginal gel functional dressing.The vaginal microecological environment score,improvement of clinical symptoms,clinical efficacy,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 month of drug withdrawal,the vaginal pH,vaginal cleaning degree,quantity of lactobacillus,density of vaginal flora,and N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase(NAG)score in both groups were lower than those before treatment in this group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of vaginal pH score and vaginal NAG score(P>0.05).The scores of vaginal cleaning degree,quantity of lactobacillus,and density of vaginal flora in the treatment group were(0.81±0.13),(0.52±0.09)and(0.91±0.14)points,which were lower than those of(1.30±0.25),(0.82±0.11)and(1.25±0.19)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the treatment group,the time for the leucorrhea to return to normal,the time for the disappearance of genital itching,the time for the disappearance of vulvovaginal pain,the time for improving mucosal congestion,and the time for mucosal repair were(5.01±1.18),(4.00±1.06),(2.50±0.64),(6.10±1.32),and(8.23±1.64)d,which were shorter than those of(7.20±1.45),(5.94±1.25),(3.46±0.83),(7.76±1.63),and(10.65±2.07)d in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the tre
