老年心力衰竭应用厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪联合美托洛尔早期治疗的效果分析

摘　　要：目的 研究厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪联合美托洛尔早期治疗老年心力衰竭的临床效果。方法 64例早期入院治疗的老年心力衰竭患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各32例。观察组采用厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪联合美托洛尔治疗,对照组单纯采用厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后心功能指标[左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)]。结果 观察组治疗总有效率93.75%明显高于对照组的71.88%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组LVEF、LVESD、LVEDD比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组LVEF(53.56±5.02)%大于对照组的(45.52±5.31)%, LVESD(34.31±7.02)mm、LVEDD(52.02±4.44)mm小于对照组的(37.56±5.24)、(58.59±4.61)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪联合美托洛尔早期治疗老年心力衰竭可以有效提升治疗效果,改善心功能,值得推荐。Objective To study the clinical effect of irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide combined with metoprolol for early treatment of elderly patients with heart failure.Methods A total of 64 elderly patients with heart failure were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 32 cases in each group.The observation group was treated by irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide combined with metoprolol,while the control group was treated by irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide alone.Both groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy,cardiac function indexes[left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)]before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of 93.75%in the observation group was significantly higher than that of 71.88%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in LVEF,LVESD and LVEDD between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,LVEF of(53.56±5.02)%in the observation group was greater than that of(45.52±5.31)%in the control group;LVESD of(34.31±7.02)mm and LVEDD of(52.02±4.44)mm in the observation group were less than those of(37.56±5.24)and(58.59±4.61)mm in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide and metoprolol in the early treatment of heart failure in the elderly can effectively enhance the therapeutic effect and improve the cardiac function,and it is worth recommending.
