肺心病合并冠心病心衰经低分子肝素钠与硝酸甘油联合治疗的效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究低分子肝素钠与硝酸甘油联合治疗肺源性心脏病(肺心病)合并冠心病心力衰竭(心衰)的临床效果。方法64例肺心病合并冠心病心衰患者,在电脑系统中随机分为研究组和对照组,每组32例。对照组患者实施常规治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上采用低分子肝素钠联合硝酸甘油治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、不良反应发生率。结果研究组治疗总有效率93.75%高于对照组的71.88%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率6.25%低于对照组的25.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肺心病合并冠心病心衰患者的治疗中,采用低分子肝素钠联合硝酸甘油治疗能进一步提高临床效果,降低患者不良反应发生率,具有临床应用价值。Objective To study the clinical effect of low molecular weight heparin sodium combined with nitroglycerin in the treatment of cor pulmonale complicated with coronary heart disease and heart failure.Methods A total of 64 cases of cor pulmonale complicated with coronary heart disease and heart failure were randomly divided into research group and control group by computer system,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the research group was treated with low molecular weight heparin sodium and nitroglycerin on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the research group was 93.75%,which was higher than that of 71.88%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the research group was 6.25%,which was lower than that of 25.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with cor pulmonale complicated with coronary heart disease and heart failure,low molecular weight heparin sodium combined with nitroglycerin can further improve the clinical effect,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions of patients,which has the value of clinical application.
