摘 要:目的探讨维吾尔族IR与Furin基因多态性的相关性。方法选取2010年1~3月于新疆和田地区维吾尔族肥胖、高血压、DM流行病学调查中表型资料完整人群990名,分为胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)≥2.95的IR组(n=239)和HOMA-IR<2.95的正常对照组(NC,n=751)。比较两组基因型频率和等位基因频率分布,Logistic回归分析IR患者的影响因素,比较不同基因型间HOMA-IR及TNF-α。结果IR组BMI、腹围、DBP、SBP、TC、TG、LDL-C、TNF-α高于NC组(P<0.05)。IR组TT基因型频率高于NC组(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,TT基因型、TNF-α是IR患者的影响因素。与CC基因型比较,CT基因型人群TNF-α升高(P<0.05),HOMA-IR降低(P<0.05),TT基因型人群TNF-α、HOMA-IR升高(P<0.05)。结论Furin基因变异可能与维吾尔族IR相关,是维吾尔族IR的易感基因。Objective To investigate the relationship between Furin gene polymorphism and insulin resistance in Xinjiang Uygur population.MethodsA total of 990 subjects with blood samples and complete phenotypic data from the epidemiological investigation of obesity,hypertension and diabetes in Xinjiang Uygur people in Hotan region from January to March 2010 were enrolled in this study.All the subjects were divided into IR group(HOMA-IR≥2.95,n=239)and normal control group(NC,HOMA-IR2.95,n=751).The genotype frequency and allele frequency distribution were compared between the two groups.The influencing factors for IR were evaluated by logistic regression.HOMA-IR and TNF-αwere compared among subjects with different genotypes.ResultsBMI,abdominal circumference,DBP,SBP,TC,TG,LDL-C and TNF-αin were higher in IR group than in NC group(P<0.05).The frequency of TT genotype was higher in IR group than in NC group(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that TT genotype and TNF-αwere the influencing factors for IR.Compared with CC genotype,TNF-αincreased and HOMA-IR decreased(P<0.05)in CT genotype population(P<0.05).TNF-αand HOMA-IR increased in TT genotype population(P<0.05).ConclusionFurin gene polymorphism is associated with IR,and Furin gene may be a candidate gene for IR in Uygur population.
