北京市房山区心血管病高危人群筛查和危险因素暴露状况分析

摘　　要：目的 了解房山区35~75岁心血管病高危人群现况,分析该类人群危险因素暴露情况。方法 收集2017—2018年国家心血管病中心开展的“心血管病高危人群早期筛查与综合干预”项目数据,对房山区11 953名35~75岁常住居民筛查的心血管疾病高危人群进行分析。结果 2017—2018年房山区35~75岁居民心血管疾病高危人群检出率18.0%,其中男性检出率为20.3%,女性检出率16.1%。高危人群分型中,高血压型、病史型、血脂异常型、患病风险≥20%型检出率分别为9.4%、6.1%、4.2%和2.9%;筛查人群超重/肥胖、高血压、吸烟、血脂异常、糖尿病和饮酒的暴露率分别为76.1%、48.9%、25.6%、19.0%、18.2%和14.3%;高危人群的慢性病共患暴露率较高,≥2种危险因素共有者达94.6%。结论 房山区心血管病高危人群危险因素总体暴露水平较高。应采取措施,有效控制高危人群的体重、血压水平和吸烟率。Objective To understand the current status of the population aged 35-75 years with high risk of cardiovascular disease in Fangshan district and to analyze the risk factor exposure of this population.Methods The data of the"Pro-gramme of Screening and Intervention Subjects with High Risk Cardiovascular Diseases"carried out by the National Center for Cardiovascular Disease from 2017 to 2018 were collected.A total of 11953 permanent residents aged 35-75 years in Fangshan district were screened for high risk of cardiovascular disease for analysis.Results In 2017-2018,the detection rate of residents aged 35-75 years in Fangshan district with high risk of cardiovascular disease was 18.0%,including 20.3%for males and 16.1%for females.The detection rates of hypertension,medical history,dyslipidemia and disease risk≥20%were 9.4%,6.1%,4.2%and 2.9%,respectively.The exposure rates of overweight or obesity,hypertension,smoking,dys-lipidemia,diabetes and alcohol consumption were 76.1%,48.9%,25.6%,19.0%,18.2%and 14.3%,respectively.The exposure rate of chronic diseases comorbidity in high-risk population was higher than that in normal group,and 94.6%of the patients had more than two risk factors.Conclusion The overall exposure level of risk factors in high-risk population of cardiovascular disease in Fangshan district is high.Measures should be taken to effectively control body weight,blood pres-sure levels and smoking rates in high-risk groups.
