治理成熟度视域下体育社会组织的治理选择

摘　　要：基于治理成熟度的理论框架,对体育社会组织建设展开微观剖析,重新审视提升治理路向及其未来选择.结果表明,体育社会组织治理需解决组织领导、协同参与、技术应用、法治与文化建设等问题,突破顶层规划、责任担当、队伍建设、资源依赖、智慧再造及服务供给等瓶颈,通过制定专项规划、构建自治体系、培育公民行为、提高竞争优势、建立网格化机制及强化服务购买等措施,以共建共治达成共享共赢,推进体育社会组织治理的现代化.Based on the theoretical framework of governance maturity,we conduct a micro analysis of the construction of sports social organizations,and re-examine the way to improve governance and its future choices.The results show that the governance of sports social organizations needs to solve the problems of organizational leadership,collaborative participation,technology application,rule of law and cultural construction,and break through the bottlenecks of top-level planning,accountability,team building,resource dependence,intelligence reengineering,and service supply,and formulate special plans;Building an autonomous system,cultivating civic behavior,improving competitive advantages,establishing a grid mechanism and strengthening service purchases,etc.,to achieve a shared win-win situation through co-construction and co-governance,and to promote the modernization of the governance of sports social organizations.
