摘 要:恒流源是一种能够向负载提供稳定电流的电源,其种类繁多.在“电子技术”课程教材中,恒流源的内容分布在半导体器件、集成运算放大器、负反馈、信号的转换等不同的章节,学生掌握恒流源理论和知识有一定的困难.为此,通过对四种恒流源电路进行比较和分析,总结各自的特点和不足,提出相应建议并进行Multism仿真实验和实测实验,以期为系统分析、比较、设计和应用不同恒流源电路提供有益的尝试.Constant current source is a kind of power supply that can provide stable current to the load. There are many kinds of constant current sources. In the textbook of“electronic technology”, the content of constant current source is distributed in different chapters,such as semiconductor devices, integrated operational amplifiers, negative feedback, signal conversion, etc.Students have some difficulties to grasp the knowledge of constant current source. Therefore, this paper summarizes their characteristics and shortcomings through the comparison and analysis of four kinds of constant current source circuits, puts forward corresponding suggestions,and carries out Multism simulation and measurement experiments, in order to provide a useful attempt for system analysis, comparison, design and application of different constant current source circuits.
