摘 要:文章结合催化裂化装置700℃烟气环境,针对AISI300系列耐热不锈钢进行了高温蠕变性能和高温析出相影响分析,考察了应用AISI347材料的可行性,并在此基础上,通过试验研究了700℃高温环境、不同保温时间情况下347管材母材和焊缝区的力学性能和金相组织变化。试验结果显示:高温环境下,347母材塑性性能、冲击韧性优于焊缝区;母材和焊缝区在700℃长期加热会有σ相和碳化物析出,析出相主要集中在晶界,随着加热时间的增加,材料强度逐渐增加,塑性、韧性下降,但是材料性能劣化趋势比较平缓。上述研究表明,AISI347不锈钢是催化裂化装置700℃烟气环境下的理想用材。Combining with the catalytic cracking unit in flue gas environmentat 700℃,this paper analyzed the high-temperature creep properties and high-temperature precipitation phase effects of AISI 300 series heat-resistant stainless steel.It investigated the feasibility of applying AISI 347 material.On this basis,the paper studied through testing the mechanical properties and metallurgical structure changes of AISI 347 pipeline including base metal and weld zone after different heat-preservation time at 700℃.The test results show that the plasticity and impact toughness of the 347 base material are better than that of the weld zone at high temperature;there areσ-phase and carbide precipitates in the base material and weld zone under long-term heating at 700℃which mainly concentrate on the grain boundaries.With the increase of heating time,the material strength gradually increases,plasticity and toughness decrease,but the trend of deterioration of material properties is relatively flat.The above study indicates that AISI 347 stainless steel is the ideal material for catalytic cracking unit in flue gas environment at 700℃.
