从开阖枢理论探讨多囊卵巢综合征排卵障碍的治疗思路

摘　　要：多囊卵巢综合征所引起的排卵障碍是导致女性不孕症的主要原因之一。基于顾植山的三阴三阳开阖枢理论,并结合现代医学所发现的女性卵巢周期性生理特点,重新对女性月经周期进行分期;并据此提出“从少阴”,促进窦卵泡发育和选择;“开太阳”,促进优势卵泡发育;“扶厥阴”,促进成熟卵泡排出的中医治疗新思路,以指导多囊卵巢综合征排卵障碍的治疗,以期为女性不孕症的临床诊疗提供一个新的方向。Ovulation disorder caused by polycystic ovary syndrome is one of the main causes of female infertility.Based on GU Zhishan's theory of three yin and three yang,opening,closing and pivot,and combined with the characteristics of periodic physiological changes of female ovary discovered by modern medicine,this paper re-stages the female menstrual cycle.Guided by this academic thought,“Following Shaoyin”is proposed to promote the development and selection of sinus follicles;“Opening Taiyang”is proposed to promote the development of dominant follicles;“Strenthening Jueyin”is proposed to promote the discharge of mature follicles,which is a new idea of traditional Chinese medicine treatment to guide the treatment of ovulation disorder of polycystic ovary syndrome,in order to provide a new direction for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of female infertility.
