摘　　要：总结赵恒侠教授从阴虚夹瘀论治甲状腺相关眼病合并胫前黏液性水肿的临床经验。赵教授认为此病以心肝肾阴虚为本、瘀浊内阻为标,治疗中应辨清本虚标实,从阴虚夹瘀的病机特点出发,辨三阴之虚,以安“君主”、辅“将军”、助“作强”,养血活血以利水消肿,再以整体观念辨“余贼”,减少疾病的复发从而促进其痊愈。附验案1则。This article summarizes Professor ZHAO Hengxia’s clinical experience in treating thyroid-related eye disease complicated with anterior tibial mucinous edema from yin deficiency and blood stasis.Professor ZHAO holds that this disease is mainly based on the deficiency of yin of the heart,liver and kidney,which is complicated with blood stasis and internal obstruction.Therefore,distinguishing deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality should be given priority to the treatment,and starting from the pathogenesis of yin deficiency and blood stasis,deficiency of yin of the heart,liver and kidney should be distinguished to soothe“the monarch”,assist“the general”and help“the kidney”,nourishing and promoting blood circulation to remove stasis and relieve edema,then,the holistic concept is applied to distinguish the remaining pathogenic factors,reduce the recurrence of the disease so as to promote its recovery.One successful case is attached.
