孙丽凤运用柴朴汤治疗慢性咳嗽验案举隅

摘　　要：孙丽凤教授精通多种肺系疾病的中西医诊治,尤其擅长慢性咳嗽的治疗。针对素体痰湿,咽部异物感,伴焦虑、抑郁的患者,孙教授根据现代各医家理论,辨明患者体质,选用《伤寒论》小柴胡汤与《金匮要略》半夏厚朴汤的合方——柴朴汤,疏肝理气、化痰散结,肝肺同调。并根据痰与气的轻重,调整药物比例,达到气顺痰清的效果,临床疗效显著。附验案4则。Professor SUN Lifeng is proficient in the traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine diagnosis and treatment of various lung diseases,especially in the treatment of chronic cough.For patients with phlegm-dampness in the body,foreign body sensation in the pharynx,and anxiety and depression,Professor SUN identifies the patients’constitution based on modern medical theories and combines Xiaochaihu Decoction(小柴胡汤)in the Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Banxia Houpu Decoction(半夏厚朴汤)in the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber,which is called Chaipu Decoction(柴朴汤),to soothe the liver and regulate qi,dissipate phlegm and nodules,and regulate the liver and lung together.According to the situation of phlegm and qi,the proportion of drugs is adjusted to achieve the effect of smoothing qi and clearing phlegm,the clinical effect is remarkable.Four successful cases are attached.
