摘　　要：幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染是慢性胃炎常见的病因。对Hp感染的发病机制、治疗原则,伏邪理论与Hp感染的相关性及基于伏邪理论论治Hp感染进行了概述。提出正气不足、脾胃湿热、同气感召均为Hp感染的内在原因;伏气留滞于胃,是诱发相关性慢性胃炎的物质基础。Hp的感染定植、细胞毒素、免疫反应等因素导致胃黏膜损伤致病的过程,与伏邪致病的规律相契合。提出了益气扶正、驱邪解毒,清泄湿热、逐邪防伏,托毒化瘀、截断传变的治则,以期为临床提供新的思路和参考。参考文献68篇。Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection is a common cause of chronic gastritis.In this paper,the pathogenesis and treatment principle of Hp infection,the correlation between the theory of pathogenic factors and Hp infection,and the treatment of Hp infection based on the theory of pathogenic factors are summarized.It proposes that the lack of vital qi,spleen and stomach dampness-heat and qi appealing are the internal causes of infection.Pathogenic factors stagnation in the stomach is the material basis for causing related chronic gastritis.The process of Hp infection colonization,cytotoxin and immune response to gastric mucosal damage is in line with the law of diseases caused by pathogenic factors.It establishes the treatment of invigorating qi and strengthening body resistance,removing evil and detoxification,relieving dampness and heat,removing and preventing pathogenic factors,removing toxin and blood stasis,and stopping transmission,in order to provide new ideas and reference for clinical practice.There are 68 references.
